Are breakfast and taxes included in the price of the room?
Open buffet breakfast and taxes are included in the price of the room.
 
 
What view do  you have from  at the roof top?
Our hotel is the highest building in old city Sutanahmet facing Hagia Sophia museum,Blue Mosque,Bosphorus and Princess Island
 
 
What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations that are canceled at least 5 days prior to the check-in date are not subject to penalty. Otherwise, a one night's accommodation fee will incur in the event a reservation is not used.
 
 
Can non-refundable or prepaid reservations be canceled?
No prepaid or non-refundable reservations may not be canceled or changed. In the event of a cancellation, change or the failure to use a reservation, the total fee or a designated part of it will not be refunded.
 
 
Do the hotel accommodation charges have to be calculated in Turkish Lira?
No, our hotel accepts currencies such as Euro, USD, GBP
 
 
Which credit cards are honored at Hotel Seven Hills?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. You may handle your Visa and MasterCard credit card transactions in Euros or US dollars. Our hotel applies the daily foreign exchange rates announced by the Turkish Central Bank.
 
 
Does Hotel Seven Hills have parking facilities?
You may park your car next to our  hotel on the Street. We do not take the responsibility if something happens.
 
 
What are the hotel`s check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 13:00 p.m. Check-out is 12:00 p.m. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible, depending on availability. There is no guarantee, however, regarding early check-in and late check-out.
 
 
Is smoking permitted in the rooms?
All of the rooms are non-smoking
 
 
May we make a reservation for an extra transfer service?
We may arrange airport transfers from both airport with a cost. You may contact to concierge department to make reservation.
 
 
Is the transfer fee paid to the driver?
You pay the transfer fee directly to the concierge desk.
 
 
Should I bring a hairdryer with me?
All of our rooms are equipped with hairdryers.
 
 
Are pets accepted?
